According to the Framework Agreement signed between the Ukrainian Government and the European Commission on 12 December 2006 (ratified with Ukrainian Law on 03 September 2008 #360-VI) the goods purchased within the framework of the Erasmus+ project, are exempt from taxes (including VAT), duties and charges (such as customs and import duties).
The terms of procurement is understood as DDP ave. Nauky 9A, Kharkiv, Ukraine (Incoterms 2020) and include the cost of the Equipment, delivery and insurance, export packing that protects the Equipment from external impacts as well as the expenses of marking and loading/unloading operations.
The prices should be mentioned also in Euros.
The offers should be submitted in Ukrainian and English languages.
