The AFID project team is working on the establishment of project governing and steering bodies

To ensure the timely launch of the project, inclusive management, and collegial decision making Project Governing Board, project Executive Team and Work package Steering Groups were established. Project Board and WP Steering Groups decisions are made by consensus.

The main functions of Project Governing Board, project Executive Team and Work package Steering Groups include monitoring the project progress, oversight of annual assessments of any major challenges to the project, and related actions to address them effectively.
