Workshop “Digital skills training for teaching and administrative staff” at Dnipro University of Technology

On April 26, 2024, the project team of the Dnipro Polytechnic held a workshop "Teaching digital skills of teaching and administrative staff" for scientific and pedagogical staff of the Dnipropetrovsk region. The event aimed to disseminate best practices and current results of the AFID project and increase the level of competence of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Dnipropetrovsk region in the field of digital technologies. The training focused on using the MS Teams platform, a powerful tool for creating inclusive training courses. MS Teams allows you to create materials that consider the needs of different categories of students, providing an opportunity to individualize the learning process and support people with special needs.

The workshop participants gained practical skills in using MS Teams to create adaptive courses, develop accessible materials, and interact with different types of students. They also discussed strategies for implementing these technologies in the educational process and exchanged experiences with colleagues.

We believe that this workshop will be an important step towards creating a more inclusive learning environment where every student has the opportunity to receive a quality education tailored to their needs and abilities. These new digital skills will help our staff to improve the quality of learning and provide better support for all students.

We thank all participants for their interest and active participation in the event! Our joint work on changes in education continues, and we are committed to achieving even greater results together.
